View 4 Replies View RelatedIm able to create a gateway tunnel with two rv042 routers in different locations ( i can see the tunnel connected in the router) but the quick vpn utility is not working , i also tried to use the pptp as server as an alternative( im able to connect using windows connection to the pptp server but whenever I browse any of the four ip's allowed for the pptp server \10.0.0.200-204 it takes me to the documents of the local computer....I attached the configuration for one of the routers it is the same as the other end , just the information is flipped.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI use the DWA-552 Linksys wireless card on my PC. I would like to create either a bridge (which seems complicated) to my RNX-N100 USB Wireless dongle. The reason being, I am going to use the RNX to get access to the internet for my Blu-Ray player (BD-C5500T). I have looked everywhere and cannot find any info on the setup. The other way is to connect the PC to my T.V. as my integrated card has an HDMI port and bridge the wireless connection with the integrated wired connection (if that is possible) so i can gain internet access to my Blu-Ray player. I have tried to configure with my player and no-go. It works fine when i configure the RNX on my PC though.

I though that's what the Guest network would do, but when I connect to that I can still type in local IP addresses and get to those devices.
"Enable Routing Between Zones" is unchecked in the Guest Zone settings.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have Eight AIR-AP1242AG-E-K9's accross our site that have 2 SSID's and 2 VLAN's that work well, I want to link one of the AIR-AP1242AG-E-K9 to another one using 5ghz patch antennas across a 50 metre gap, but I am puzzled on how to do this, as to create a root bridge and a non route bridge link I need to put the infrastucture SSID on and this must be on VLAN1 but I want the traffic from both VLANs to pass over this link. I just want to ensure the config will work as I need to go into a cherry picker to get to the non-root-bridge.
