D-link Dir-601 :: Unable To Send Wifi To Multiple Computers

I have a Mac, and my wife has a PC running Windows 7. Since we moved into our new house, our Dlink DIR-601 does not seem to want to send Wi-Fi to both computers at the same time. One of the computers always seems to lag or not have internet connection at all. The Mac also seems to work better and more often than the PC when both are trying to access wi-fi.
I have messed with the channel settings, security, and most other typical settings on the router to no avail. Is there a setting I'm missing or should I enable certain settings that will allow both computers to have the same signal strength and reliability.

I recently purchased a dir 655 router and it works fine but in after a while of using it, the wifi signal will stop broadcasting my other computers still work with the internet that are hard wired but the ones im using through the wifi signal will loose connection. So my fix has been unplugging the router and plugging it back in then it will broadcast my wifi again. I tryed leaving it plugged in and refreshing and rebooting my computers but that wont fix it until i disconnect the router and plug it back.

I'm Using D-Link DIR 600 wireless router with my desktop CPU (Windows XP Professional SP1) using wired connection and Dell laptop (Windows 7 Ultimate) connected wirelessly. My problem is that I am able to access internet on bothsystems but they cannot see each other in network places. I am unable to sharefiles between the them. I have tried all the procedures mentioned in many forumsbut still not able to find a solution

When I connect 2 laptops to my router, why does the speed/connection get split? I would understand that if the speed was maxed out or something but it's a lame 500 kb/s connection. Do all wify routers behave this way? It's kind of annoying since there's a trafic quota limit implemented and when someone downloads, the other one can't do s^&t? how to handle this?

I have a problem with files sharing via wi-fi. I can not share files over the network using wi-fi connections. While the network is the cable connection sharing is available. The network also acts as one computer is connected by a cable to the router and the other via wifi. But if the two computers are working through wifi network does not work. Are there any settings in the router, which can cause blocking calls via wifi?

I have a virtualization server with 4 network interfaces and connected it to a SAN. There are few virtual machines which writes data to the SAN.
I want to connect to the SAN with multiple interfaces to speed up the network.
Is it possible to send data on multiple interfaces? How can I configure it?
Computers are connected to san through switch.

I have 4 computer, all with them IP address. There is nothing I can do about this. I'd like to access them each via a 5th computer. Originally I thought I can connect each of the 4 computers to 4 different routers and then use NAT to convert their IP address's to 4 unique ones. When I actually applied this solution, the 5th computer was not able to ping the converted IP address. This method either does not work, or I did not config the router correctly. I was using a Cisco RV016 out of the box, and added NAT entries into it's table.

I am having almost an Identical issue. It seems that I can do anything I want on the internet, but the second I open hotmail all the problems start. Issues occur on both FF and IE. As with you I am able to continue to get some information on sites that are currently open (for example I will get incoming IMs, although I cannot send replys, and my stream on facebook continues to update). Once this happens I cannot open any new webpage or use the wireless on ANY other device in my house (iphones and printer); wired devices seem to have no issues. I have done everything as far as resetting, updating firmware etc to my router with no luck. I have a netgear dual band router, computers with Windows 7 64bit. It seems that accessing Hotmail on the iphones does not trigger the same issue...

I have installed a TP Link W8960N router and it is working fine using the ethernet cable. I have installed a realtek 11n USB adapter but cannot get it to connect to the router.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and whereas previously today it found my router (but wouldn't connect it says not associated) when I search now it doesnt even come up!
Windows device manager says the adpater is working properly
When installing router and adapter I set them both to WPA2 and used the same passkey. I am using Windows 7

I have a server with two adapters: 192.168.1.200 and 10.99.1.200, 10.99.1.200 connects to a cisco router 10.99.1.254 (which I have no access to). This connects via WAN to another network to transfer files to another company. 192.168.1.200 is connected to our local LAN. I have a service that uses FTP to get and send files to a server through 10.99.1.200. I recently had to switch our IP scheme from 10.99 to 192.168 and since then haven't been able to send files to the ftp server. My question is, would a router solve my problem? If so, would I; remove the 10.99 adapter, connect 192.168 to the router, connect the router to the switch, connect the 10.99 gateway to the new router (and update any appropriate routing tables on the server)? The service appears to have issues with using a dual homed server and updating it isn't going to happen anytime soon.

I have few computers behind the wireless router. All the computers have static private addresses 198.168.1.xxx. The issue is that when I try to access any computer e.g to use FTP. From outside since I can only use the main WAN IP address when I use FTP I can only connect to one computer basically the one running FTP service on port 21. I can access the wireless router and if necessary can do the port assignments. My question is that if multiple computers are running FTP services behind the router how can I connect to each one of them.

I have 3 Macs (OS 10.6.8) and one PC (Windows 7) at work. They are all connected to the company network for internet and access to shared network drives.The computers are used for media (mostly video) production and we need to move large files between the computers easily and quickly. I can't connect to one website. Not on my computer, not on my father's computer. I think the network is the problem, which is why I'm posting here. The website was working even yesterday but during yesterday evening, it stopped working and it's been like that since. I don't know how to fix it. My command prompt says my server can't find that one website and says my server failed. I tried other things like scan my computer, restart it, look at my Chrome settings, my firewall settings, nothing worked. I'm not sure what's going on here, because the network is private, and the contact information for 2Wire/Pace was useless for me, so I don't know what to do.

I currently have mutiple computers at my place. Once the computer turned on i want the option of which login for the current computer to use, it can login it current computer or the mutiples computer with their content/data all inside. So more like an computer linked. Example, it can only to A or B, A is the current computer data, while B have all the data of the different computer monitor datas, and if i login B it will show that current computer info. And same goes to the B computer, i can login to A or B on the B computer. What makes this very good is that, both the computer logins are sort of connected, for example if im on actual computer A, but logined to computer B and downloaded/changed some files/data on the B login, once i login on computer B to login B, the changes will apply even tho the changes are done in computer A.

My friends and I want to set up a better Teamspeak 3 server but Don't want to spend the money to rent one. We currently have a friend who runs the server on his computer but it is unreliable. We are wondering if we could have multiple computers support one server. So that if one computer fails the server would still get supported by other computers that are supporting the server. Also what would be some recommended hardware stats to run this server.

I have 2 subnets bought from my provider 194.102.98.128/27 and 194.102.98.160/27.
From my provider a have the following setup:
IP Address: 86.120.151.66
Netmask: 255.255.255.128
Gateway: 86.120.151.1
DNS (1): 213.154.124.1
DNS (2): 193.231.252.1
My IPs are static routed by my provider thought 86.120.151.66 .
On the firewall I have the following set-up:
Outside Interface: 86.120.151.66/25 security level 0
DMZ interface: 194.102.98.129/27 security level 50
Inside Interface: 194.102.98.161/27 security level 100
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 [1/0] via 86.120.151.1, outside
Everything works perfectly except when I try to sent an email. The email gets sent (eventually), but afert a long waiting time, 45-60 sec. The connection is opened instally to the server but then just hangs there for 40-50 sec. The problem is that a have an aplication on a server that has to send confirmation emails, and that aplication is limited to a 30 sec timeout for conecting to the mail server, much less then the 45-60 sec that I have now. The mail server is hosted by a data center, it is not in my networks (location).
I have tried deleting the ESMTP inspection, that doesn't work. Pinging my mail server rezults in a average time of 20 ms. And when a do a tracert the hight value in a hop doesn't usually pass 80 ms, the average is 20-25 ms.
The problem is ONLY when sending emails. Everything else works perfect, including receiving emails from the same server.

I don't know if I'm saying this right but, I have two computers in my LAN hooked up by a Ethernet cables to my modem/router zyxel pk5000z we were using theses computers to play together using Game Ranger. We were having some problems connecting to game rooms with a symmetric NAT. When the port forwarding did work it would only let me open ports for one ip adress for 1 computer it seemed. How do you open ports for all computers on your LAN?

Add the ability to send syslog events to multiple syslog servers in the SA500 Series routers. I know the functionality is currently in the RV220W because we utilized it. It would be great if you could configure the syslog servers by event type as well. For example, being able to send the kernel events to syslog server A, and all other events to syslog server B.
