I have inserted a SIP-800 card into my CRS-8. I inserted the SPA into the SIP. I cannot find how I configure the SIP or the SPA. I have spent the day reading the manual but no where do I see the commands to activate or get the SIP up and running. I am at a lost

I have one problem regarding a configuration (or setting up) of 3G SIM card for 887G router backup. That SIM card had a PIN code, so I disabled it, and now I can see that 3G light flashes Blue, so it detects 3G network. Also I can see that modem tries to dial up to connect to network, but with no luck. It has CHAP APN. Also in configuration I've found that there is PPP CHAP username and password, but I don't have any of those. I've tried to configure my SIM card with Username and Password, but it doesn't save. At the moment I have: Cellular 0 is down, line protocol is down. Dialer 2 is up (spoofing), line protocol is up (spoofing).
SIM card status is OK. Network detects O2 - IRL - yes.
It detects the network, but cannot connect to it. I'm not sure how to setup the SIM card or how to unlock it.
Is there a way to configure a 28xx series router with a HWIC-AP card as a wireless client instead of a wireless access point? There isn't a network drop in the location that I need to place a router, but there is an active Access Point that reaches the area.

It uses the 4400n's vlan IP as the default route. The computer's BIOS has been configured to wake on lan and so have the Ethernet ports. I have an app for the iPad that i used to use ot send out a ping to my old router (E2500) setup that used to wake the computer just fine. But this new router (RV110w) does not work at all even with the same single port forwarding set up.

I have 11 available IPs at a data center and have 5 servers I want configure - each with its own LAN, not to be networked together (used for web, ftp, sql and other webs services). Is it possible to configure the RV016 with 5 WANS, each attached to a specific port with its own LAN?
Am this even the right considerations for this router as I would just have normally purchased 5 routers and attached them individually to each server with their own specific WAN and LAN?
We bought the ISA-570 for the same reason. On the literature it says that 5 ports are programmable for WAN ports but I can not find any configuration guide or documentation on how to configure these ports. We are already using WAN1 and WAN2 but want to program the programmable ports for additional wans.

[code]I have managed to connect to router from my home with ShrewVPN and I can ping every client connected to RV220w.The problem is that I can't connect to neither to router's web interface nor to NAS web interface or any other intranet web page ( the browser doesn't give any error, but keeps loading without showing the web page). Although, I can access web pages from my laptop.Also, in windows file explorer when I connect to NAS, although I can browse folders I can't copy files from my laptop to NAS and vice versa, I always get timeout error (I have checked the permissions to NAS and in addition I succeed to copy a small txt file 1kb, but no luck with bigger files).I also tried with QuickVPN client, but I had the same results. When I connect with pptp from windows everything works like a charm.My laptop has windows 7 64bit.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am trying to configure a SRP527W for a remote site.It needs to connect back to our Central Office, (via an ASA) which has several VLANs configured. I have entered the configuration for an IKE policy, and one for an IPSec policy (I can only enter one ip/subnet per IPSec policy)When I try to create a 2nd IPSec policy, if I point to the existing IKE policy, I get an error stating "IKE policy has been used by other IPSec policy".If I try to create a new IKE policy, using a different name, but with the same parameters, it shows an error stating the policy is a replica of an existing policy.If I create a new IKE policy, but use a different pre-shared key, then it is accepted by the 2nd IPSec policy, but that would mean I would have to create 2 seperate tunnels on the ASA, each using a different pre-shared key. I have never needed to do this for any of the other routers we have connected.
