The tunnel has been up and working okay for months, nothing has changed on the config and the key is correct. Traffic is following but remote users are complaining of performance issues. A wireshark shows checksum errors and lots of packet resends. Remote ISP has checked the circuit and says its clean.The data centre router has quite a few tunnels but only 1 causing this issue. When I try to log-in to my D-Link DIR-835 Router using IE9, I get an 'Authentication Failed' error. FireFox & Chrome work just fine. what I need to change or fix in IE9 so it will also log-in to my router?
I am running IOS version 8.0(5) in cisco ASA 5520. This issue i am facing is that when the memory utilzation reaches 49 percent, the web-vpn users are not able to login as they are getting a blank page. Whenever I try to goto a webpage within any browser,despite me being connected to my network(though 1 received packet to every 20 or so sent packet ratio) it tells me that DNS lookup failed. I had a similar issue on my other pc that I use more often,though connecting through WIFI momentarily resolved the issue,before I returning to wired,where everything has been fine. My other pc however has no wifi adapter. So ive been stuck.
I have have a XPS L502X. I decided to make a clean installation based on Windows 7 Ultimate.My problem is when I instal the driver for the "Dell Wireless HSPA 5540" it fails with then warning:
"Authentication failed. The .... driver cannot be installed on this computer...."
I am unable to connect to the internet on my desktop computer. The error message I receive is" Download failed(12007) The sever name or address could not be resolved" I am running windows 7. Hooked up to att uverse. My laptop is working as you can see by sending this message. I have been trying to fix this problem for the last 2 days to no avail. I uninstalled norton hoping it was a firewall problem. On the local area connection it shows IPV4 connedtivety: No Network access.
I have just gone through hours of tech support with my ISP and still cannot seem to get online. Problem is the same as recent posts by jerguy1928, with message "DNS lookup failed...." coming up in Google Chrome. Both IE and FF just say cannot connect.Running Windows 7 on laptop. I have tried alt DNS settings (Google and others), all the CMD suggestions, disabling firewalls etc, etc! Other computer in house connects just fine.Ping works fine. Really, there appears to be no reason to not be able to connect - since I am actually connected!

Also, how do I check the event log?Everything on the list that was said to check is running expect these two the lisie was having problems with. I have not had anything with memory recently and have not been able to successfully go through a system restore. I have tried many of the suggestions and just am not sure what to do anymore. The computer works perfectly fine, minus it cannot get on the internet.
When I try to connect to our domain I get the error message:Changing the Primary Domain DNS name of this computer to "" failed. The name will remain "(name of our domain)" The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.The procedure is the same I've used since Hector was a pup and never had a problem. I can't add users to the domain and can't log on directly to the domain.

We inserted GLC-T modules and on Nexus 5548 they are showing SFP validation Failed , as per Cisco doc GLC-T is support . Since we have 28 such modules and all after inserting showing same error. please see the below details. I also try configuring speed and inserting modules but no result ..let me know whether my GLC-T module is supported on Nexus 5548

So the other afternoon we had a freak power outage, my PC was on and connected to a surge protector. So once the power came back on, literally like 5 minutes later, I rebooted my PC and have had Wireless issues ever since. My PC is custom built with a Netgear WG311V3 PCI Wireless card in it. When I boot up, it tells me I am connectied to our wireless network, but no websites will load. I check for wireless networks but my PC tells me none are in range. I have had this issue before so I goto Network Connections and Disable Wireless Network Connection 2, my wireless card, and then when I goto Enable it I get this error: Connection Failed.

I upgraded the firmware per one suggestion, but no difference.I am going thru the setup wizard with ethernet cable attached. I want to use them wirelessly so I clicked wireless setup, and entered my network info. At that point I get an error message saying it failed to save settings. I know the ID and password are correct.I have tried exiting the setup wizard and accessing the camera thru the web interface. All wireless settings are correct. The camera works FINE on web browser, myDlink, and even my iPhone app as long as the ethernet cable is attached.Other wireless devices have no trouble connecting to my router. Is there some setting on the router that can be preventing the connection? I've done some trial-and-error changes, like different ports and enabling/disabling UpNp on both camera and router.Oh and almost forgot to mention.I did call tech support, which was a joke. Some foreign lady was reading off a script that told me to reset, unplug, reboot everything. Then she gave me a case# and said upgrade the firmware.
I'm working on implementing a RADIUS authentication for wireless access with the following :
- PCs running Windows 7, protocol used is PEAP (without validating the server certificate to make it simple at first),
- AP 1252 configured to use a RADIUS server to authenticate (it's working good with an ACS server 4.2),
- ACS Server 5.1.0.44.5 running as VM connected to an AD domain and working good with VPN connections,
- AD domain running on Windows 2003 Server.
My ACS VM is working good since a couple of months for VPN (RADIUS) and administration (TACACS) remote access, both using Active Directory. Now, I'd like to use it to authenticate people connecting to a 1252 Cisco access point but I'm getting this error "24427 Access to Active Directory failed". I switched from PEAP to LEAP but this is the same.

I have a Cisco catalyst 6513 with sup720-3bxl and WS-X6724-SFP modules , the switch was working fine until yesterday ,but after a maintenance the modue WS-X6724-SFP failed to bring online , the error code is (Module Failed SCP dnld) does it mean the module has hardware problem or i need to replace it ?

A new Cisco 3750V2 (WS-C3750V2-48PS-S) running IOS 'c3750-ipbasek9-mz.122-50.SE5.bin' waspurchased to add to a stack of 3 Cisco 3750 (WS- C3750- 48PS-S) switches. The IOS on the stacked switches is 'c3750-ipbase-mz.122-25.SEB4.bin'.I loaded this IOS on to the new Cisco 3750V2 and deleted its original IOS. Boot up failed with error 'hardware not supported by firmware'. I am now trying to follow the recovery procedure but the I can only initialise the flash (flash_init) and there is no 'boot_helper' command to load the boot helper files. There is no option to rum 'copy xmodem' so I cannot upload the original IOS image via xmodem on hyperterminal.
I am currently getting a strange error when trying to use and crypto services on our ASA 5520 (8.0.3)Initially I observed that a connected VPN had dropped.Then when I attempted to use ASDM or SSH I was blocked.
In the end I opened telnet as a test and this was successful. Syslog also shows that traffic is passing as normal.The only obvious error I can see when observing various debug traces is this;

This connects to 3550A Switch which has connection to 1811W Router.
I setup VPN between 1811W and 3550A. 3550A has connection to 2691 via ospf. OSPF is running between 1811w and 3550A. 1811 1811w# sh crypto isakmp sa IPv4 Crypto ISAKMP SA
I have a problem in my IPSec tunnel. One of the routers (Cisco 861) doesn't encrypt the packets but does decrypt the incoming ones from the remote peer (RV042). In the access-list for the wan interface I deny the traffic between the subnets and in the vpn access-list I permit the traffic.

These are only occuring for clients that are disconnecting....
They can reconnect after a WLC reboot....
We have swapped APs.....
I have seen this error in other forums but it says not to worry about it. There has to be a connection between this and clients getting disconnected. We have anywhere between 10-50 clients on the system at any one time.Is this a client issue (nic firmware, version) or is this an error in the controller??
