Cisco WAN :: 2821 VWIC 2MFT-T1 Installation

I had to dig this stuff out of storage and cobble together a router on short notice. I installed this WIC into a 2821 and I can see it when I do a show ver.

When I do a sho run I see this:

How do I configure IP interfaces on it though? It doesn't seem to show up as Serial ports on a sho int. Am I doing something wrong?

I have checked and re-checked before buying and this card is evidently supported on the 1841 for 'data mode only' which is all I need. I have 3 T1s in Multilink mode and I want to use 2 of these cards (and 3 of the 4 ports) to support it. The problem is that even though SH INVENTORY finds the card, I can't issue the "card type" command to indicate I am using it with a T1 - I get this:
R3(config)#card type t1 1 0

% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.
So I tried to issue the "controller T1" command and it does not recognize the slot as containing a T1 card (which makes sense since the "card" command did not work).
I found numerous references to this card being supported in Cisco docs with a minimum OS around 12.2(8) - it varies based on the chassis. I can't find the explicit OS required for the 1841 which is a concern but I am using 12.4(13r)T. SH VERSION finds "2 Channelized T1/PRI ports" which is the MFT card.
I need to get Serial interfaces configured on these cards.

I have a 2811 that I'm in the process of turning-up to support a 4xT1 using VWIC-2MFT-T1's. The question is how to "correctly" set clocking on the MFT's.
As is typical of the 2MFT's, as soon as a 2nd T-1 on a VWIC-2MFT comes up, I start taking "Slip Sec"s on the 2nd T-1. I have tried different clock source combinations, including "clock source line primary", various "network-clock-participate" (or not) combinations, and about a dozen other stab-in-the-dark configurations. Before I started playing with it, the slips were consistently every 9 seconds. After playing with it, I got them to every 18 seconds. But there shouldn't be ANY. So the question is what SHOULD the correct timing configuration be on that platform?
The VWIC-2MFT-T1's are in slots 1 and 3, so the controllers involved are 0/1/0, 0/1/1, 0/3/0 and 0/3/1.

We have installed a VWIC-2MFT-T1 interface card into our 1841 router and the interface doesn't show up in CP. # we only need it for data. #
ROM version 12.4(13r)T, RELEASE SOFTWARE
All indications from my research show that this version should support this card, for data only.
why I can't see this card when I show interfaces?

I added a VWIC2 1MFT-T1/E1 card to my 2901 router. There were two in it already, and I need to add a 3rd circuit. After installing the card, the boot process sees the new card, but once it is completely booted, the new card is nowhere to be found. I've swapped cards around to no avail. The new card works fine in one of the slots that had the existing cards in it.
From the boot sequence, I can see:

configuration examples for the two T-1 setup ?
commands to verify the installation (show me the two T-1s are successfully bonded and communicating as one logical entity) ?

Can I use VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 along with NM-HDV2-2T1/E1 on 2921 and what is the minimum requirements for IOS image?As I understand, NM-HDV2-2T1/E1 is supported on 2921, however VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 is not, VWIC-2MFT-T1/E1 only. But VWIC-2MFT-T1/E1 is not supported on 2921.

I have a problem with configuring of my vwic3-2mft-t1/e1 card on Cisco 2821 router. I need drop some raw data timeslots from E1 frame and then insert them into frame on other port. I enter the following commands:
card type e1 0 0
controller e1 0/0/0
tdm-group 0 timeslots 1-4
clock source line
controller e1 0/0/1
tdm-group 2 timeslots 1-4

I find these commands in Cisco 1 and 2-port T1/E1 Multiflex Voice/WAN Interface Cards for the Cisco 1700 Series Router configuration guide for vwic2 cards.But this config is not working properly. show connect output is showing status of connection "UP", show controller e1 shows no errors on both e1 ports, but data not flows between ports.What am I doing wrong? Have vwic3 and vwic2 cards different configuration procedures or not?

I think I have my PPP multilink setup correctly. Though I am getting AL lights on one of my connections via a VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 card. One AL light is on at each location. Though I checked with my ISP and they said it was my network cables as everything looked good on their end. Currently one T1 circuit is connected at each end so users do not see a disruption. This is a new install with two routers and the config is shown below.

I have been advised by my service provider that to do ATM IMA I need an AIM-ATM and a VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 card, and that IMA is not support on the VWCI2-2MFT-G703 card.

I was just given a task to setup some T1 connections. We rarely use T1 interfaces anymore as they are typically just not enough anymore. I see the newer vwic3 interfaces are supported on various 2900 series but downloaded the vwic3 configuration guide and noticed that the 1900 series routers were not in the list? Is this correct. So are vwic3-2mft-t1 ehwic cards supported or not on 1921 routers? i can see the controller interfaces but not the ports as there must be additional configuration required. Im running 15.1(4)M4 IOS version that looks to be supporting the cards.

I purchased a 2911 months ago to connect a remote site via T1 circuit.I think I might be missing some hardware to make this work on the remote end. Currently have a VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 card.Does this WIC actually work with this router? So no reference that this VWIC works with 2911.

We have installed a VWIC3-2MFT card on a Cisco 3945 voice gateway but the router doesnt detect the card. out put is as below;

I have a 3845 edge router connected to the Internet via four T1s and a HWIC-4T1/E1 card. We are adding two more T1s to the mix, and I have a VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 card. Here are my questions:
1. Is it correct to state that the VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 can support data in addition to voice?
2. I can use the HWIC and VWIC cards together to utilize the 6 T1s together?
3. Do I just add the card, configure the new slot, and add it to the same channel group?
Below is the current config regarding the existing card HWIC:

I'm trying to install LMS 4.0 on a 2008 R2, I got a message saying that this is not supported. Going through Cisco documentation I read the following:
Caution If you want to upgrade the operating system from Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 to Windows 2008 R2, you must first complete upgrading the operating system, and then install the LMS 4.0.x Windows 2008 R2 patch.
I'm a bit confused because i'm not upgrading the operating system, this is a fresh install.
I tried to run this in compatibility mode, selected 2008, and running it as an Admin, this time I'm getting a Locale error stating that this is only supported in US English or Japanese. I've changed the system locale to US English, still getting the same error.

I just got two Prime NCS Servers for my system and they came with 1.2. My management wanted to run the lastest IOS which is 1.3. So as soon as I set the physical equipment up, I downloaded the latest 1.3 IOS for the site and burned it on a DL DVD and reimaged the appliance.

Any info concerning the installation of CW LMS 4.0.1 on Solaris 10!
The installation keeps on failing when it is checking for packages. Also the second time when we downloaded the software once more.
ERROR: AddProperty called with invalid package name: CSCOmd.
I have also attached the install log files.
The system is Solaris 10 with zones:

I've installed the ACS version 5.2 in a VMware platform and everything seemed fine but in the post installation task I need to access to the GUI. Based on the documentation I should access the "https://10.0.0.X/acsadmin" on my browser's url but after I hit enter nothing comes up, there's just a whiter web page. Is there any missing configuration that I need to do and that it is not on the configuration pages?

We are getting the below mentioned error while installling Cisco Prime LMS 4.2.1 evaluation version on WIndows 2008 Enterprise R2.We tried installing on a high end VMware server .Prerequisites are all taken care by us.We are getting a LMS installation abort log saying that Swap space is not configured properly even after increasing the Paging size to 32 GB.Our physicalmemory is 16 GB.Hard drive has 2 partitions,one is 35 GB and other is 200 GB.
