I just bought pc anywhere software, after instalation in my host pc and laptop(remote) it work very well when I used it in the same network in my Rv camping ground where I have a mobil router with a Verizon broad band card.Later when I come back home where I have a cable internet with a router, I tried to access the host pc but after several minutes trying it said cant find host pc.
View 6 Replieswe are observing the no. of conn thru asa 5580 is getting increased and one a fine day it will stop sending/receiving traffics.firewall# show conn count 1900000 in use, 2000008 most used As per the datasheet of this asa, the max conns permissible is 2 million (20 lacs). and the output shows that currently 1900000 connections are there and 2million+8 connections are most used.when i run " show local-host | include host|count/limit ", below are the outputs showing for max connections..

TCP embryonic count to host = 25
UDP flow count/limit = 0/unlimited

These are the top 4 connections, i wonder should we consider only the tcp flow count or udp as well ?
I'm probably overlooking something very simple but is there a command to show the uptime of a router interface in days,hours,minutes?

I get strong wifi signal and connection at home, but receive failure to connect to requested host message when I open the browser. This phone works at wayport wifi, so I assume it's a compatibility problem with the router. Is there a fix? (Router works great with our Acer and Kindle tablets though.)

I can access shared drive of A from C but cannot access B from C
I can access shared drive of C from A & B.
I get error message "Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer".
All the systems are Win 7, A & B are desktop and C is a laptop.I added the C's name in A's "Security Settings -> Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment -> Access this Computer from the Network" too. Still can't access.
In Windows Vista I am able to connect to wireless router, but can't access internet due to Local message only. Have repaired network adapter , reset cable modemm unchecked version 6 of TCPIP network settings.

I have a host that can successfully connect to a PIX 515E (7.x OS) via VPN Client; however, I have no IP routing to the LAN from the remote host.The VPN IP pool works finem,The LAN default gateway is the inside interface on the PIX; the network is flat L2 behind it.The default route on the PIX points out; no other routes are defined,The VPN remote host can be pinged from LAN hosts, but the VPN remote host cannot ping any LAN host, not even the PIX inside interface.

Sometimes if i reconnect it will run for a few more minuets 5-10. I have tried two different computers with same results. about a month ago the connection worked fine. This just started recently.I can connent and access internet at other public places with no problem. It seems only this network i have trouble with, why?I am running XP on one, and Win 7 on other, same results.I have read alot of things and tried them all,

- changing tcp/ip
- system restore with no results.
I have configured a vlan interface on a 3750 switch. there is aprox 4Mb active traffic flowing through the interface, but when I do a "show interface vlan (vlanid)" the output show zero bits in and zero bits out. Its a typical L3 config with one IP on the vllan interface acting as the gateway for the VLAN devices. Is this a normal behaviur ? and if so is there any way to get the traffic in/out stats. The end PC/devices are connected to this switch via an L2 TRUNK and I dont have access to the L2 switch on which the actual devices connect. so cant get the real time stats of those interfaces.

I want to establish PPTP conection from my notebook (when I am not at home) and to access (through VPN tunnel) to all hosts in my LAN (with no port restrictions). I configured VPN (PPTP) users and I can establish PPTP tunnel from client to RV120W. My traffic to Internet is going through VPN tunnel to RV120W and then out on Internet, and that is fine. What is not fine is that I can not access to any host on my LAN, and that is the main reason why I configured PPTP tunnel. It is not clear to me, when I am reading admin guide, what I have to configure to allow only my tunnel traffic to reach LAN hosts.

Have a strong suspicion that it is a hardware failure (since asdm has worked and have tried to restart the box) can not see any errors with any show commands, but could it be a RAM error .
Facing issue with 2960G switch , where its do not display "logging trap informational " in show running and show startup .where its showing all other levels from 0 to 5 and 7 after configuration and save commands.
