I have extension mobility configured and working fine. Except that when you log into the phone, the phone does not exit back to the main display. To get back you either need to exit out of the menus by pressing exit a few times or press the globe / web button on the phone.

I haven't installed anything new lately, nothing that would affect the wireless, but my wireless suddenly stopped working. My wireless has been working successfully for the past 2 years no problems till now. I have a Dell Latitude E6410 my computer is running Windows 7 32bit. When I open up the DW WLAN Card Utility it says "There are currently no wireless adapters available and enabled. Please enable any available wireless adapters before accessing this configuration utility. I tried reinstalling drivers for the wireless but my computer says "no compatible hardware found".
Also the under the wireless adapters section of Device Manager there isn't an adapter for wireless, but there is an unknown device.

Also, my computer is running on a university network. My roommate's wireless is working fine. Also I've already system restored to a point where I know it was working, no luck...

The problem is that despite the primary line fails, doesn't change the path and continue going by the main route.I have a very similar setup, also with a cisco 877, but with a normal DSL and it works perfectly.I solved the problem by activating a tracking but is slower than the other method.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI've recently received this new Cisco 1921 routers with Cisco CP loaded, so it comes up with the annoying change username and password at first access. I've removed all of those files from the flash memory, and rebooted it, and it came up with the proper initial configuration dialog, which is what I wanted. But, whenever I configure the router with a set of basic configuration, like interface, routing, and snmp loggings, and hit wr mem, it doesn't display at all when I do "sh run". It's weird cause when I do sh run | sec rip or any other stuff that I have configured, it shows up , but not in sh run at all.
What's the deal with the new routers? Even sh version doesn't show the config-register or memory allocation details.

I have an issue with the syslog of 7600 router, I have configured the logging level to informational, but when I execute changes such as up or down an interface, the syslog messages aren't displayed? Why is the reason? This symptom exist after I changed the buffer size from default to 32768.

I have asa 5505 with security plus license, I configured dual ISP with two different ISP provider. I followed below cisco document to configure dual ISP [URL] The Configuration works during the testing, while removing the primary ISP cable from firewall. The problem i am facing is my primary ISP is down but the gateway is still up and it not switch over to backup ISP. For SLA which IP should i monitor so once my primary ISP is down it will fallback to Secondary.

My question is that cisco website says there are two type of cable connections for this type of config --which are --T1 CSU/DSU ConfigurationSet one CSU/DSU to clock source internal, and the other CSU/DSU to clock source line. View 2 Replies View RelatedI would like to capture packets which are going through an IPSEC tunnel. The packets originate in the appliance (syslog) and are sent to the remote via a VPN. I can see the encapsulated packets going out to the peer and I can see the ISAKMP packets to and from the peer. Because the packets originate within the appliance, they do not appear on any interface to be captured.
Is there some way to capture these packets before they are encapsulated?I attempted to capture packets on the asa-dataplane, but they are in a format that I cannot decode, and I cannot put a filter on the capture.

I'm not sure if it's different when you log in remotely via mydlink, but by using the web based interface localy (by ip address) I can't find a way of exiting full screen option under live view. I tried the obvious escape button. Right-clicking does nothing, and double clicking actually makes it truly fullscreen (aspect ratio gets stretched to my monitor 16:9 btw, instead of retaining 4:3.So is there a way to exit? Using chrome, maybe it's a chrome issue and it works differently in other browsers but I see no mention in the manual of exiting fullscreen.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm having some trouble getting two Cisco 888's to work correctly back to back.. The two routers will ultimately be used in conjunction with a BT EPS8 circuit which is effectively four wires short distance between customer sites. We have configured lots of these using the older Cisco 878's.
Anyway, as i've been struggling to get line sync on site I've gone back to basics and connected the two 888's back to back. However, I've found that no matter what I do I can only get the routers to sync at 384kbps!? And that's with a one meter RJ11-RJ11 cable.. Very strange. When we've used the 878's we get much more bandwidth. I have tried statically assigning the line rate at both ends but it still only works at 384kbps.

The Problem: We have a new internet connection with new Vlan 600 (172.16.1.0) another ISP/ with another DSL router, so i need your kindly support and suggest how to connect both of them to exit from the Core Switch 6509. is it ok if i make another default route to the Next hop to the new DSL router as:

My Compaq Presario V3015's Internal Wireless Adapter has died so I recently bought an Linksys Expresscard WEC600N to replace it. After installing the software (The Linksys monitor) everything on the program is grayed out except for "exit" which closes the program. After looking at device manager, the adapter isn't even listed their. For some reason, even when just plugging the adapter in after an uninstallation of the software and a restart of the computer, the device never gets detected even when it is clearly on (two blue lights for Power and Link/act). I've tried switching to Windows Wireless Zero connection but under network adapters, it doesn't even show a wireless option, just an LAN one. I'm pretty sure its not so much a hardware issue as it is a software one. Everything works fine except for anything related to wireless capabilities on this laptop.
