Cisco Switching/Routing :: 6509 / Mac Address Error Message No Entries Present

I am receiving this error after connecting a copper adapter on a GBIC blade in a 6509. Here are the results from the show Interface. I am waiting to confirm the device on the other side settings but as far as I see I get UP and Up for protocol and line respectively.
GigabitEthernet2/11 is up, line protocol is up (connected)
Hardware is C6k 1000Mb 802.3, address is 0009.11e4.f3ce (bia 0009.11e4.f3ce)

I've taken 2 4507's fresh out of the box running CAT4500E-ENTSERVICESK9-MZ.122-53.SG2.BIN which was upgraded from CAT4500E-IPBASEK9-MZ.122-53.SG2.BIN
I'm getting constant %C4K_S2W-4-WRITECALENDARERR: Calendar write operation Failed errors on the console. I was also getting them on the original IOS version.
Anything I've seen say's to ignore them but their very frequent filling up the logs.
There's very little return on google and no bugs to report on Cisco?

Have a small stack of two 3750 routers. Get the following error message every few secounds:
%STACKMGR-4-STACK_LINK_CHANGE: Stack Port 1 Switch 1 has changed to state DOWN
%STACKMGR-4-STACK_LINK_CHANGE: Stack Port 1 Switch 1 has changed to state UP
Now I replaced the stacking cables but no joy. It was ok for an hr or so but then the error messages popped up again. Also random links on this stack back to access layer user switches have been going up and down randomly. So I have decided to take the next step and upgrade the IOS.
Although when I try and copy a new IOS I get the following error:
%Error writing flash:/c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE6.bin (No space left on device)
Seems this image is 130MB while the image that is currently on it is 74MB and free space is 54MB. How do I get the image onto the router? If I delete the current image from flash will that cause the router to stop functioning?
Also I noticed there seems to be more than one flash directory. See below:

We are running a small network business and as funs of ciscos we own a some of the 4948s.We are facing an issue with couple of them as we get the below error message
C4K_CHASSIS-3-INSUFFICIENTPOWERSUPPLIESDETECTED:Insufficient power
supplies present for specified configuration
First thought to replace the power supply didn't actually work as we did that with no result.Power consumption is not an issue as well because all other 4948s work fine with 1 power supply (forgot to mention is 1 power supply in all of them).

I recently upgraded my network to have two 3750x core, one interface on the Cisco is connecting to a Net gear switch via a fiber converter. I am keep getting the vlan flapping error message in my log as below.

I have Nexus 7K installations in 2 locations. Both of them have multiple VDCs. In default VDC there are continous tacacs error message though tacacs is not configured. The requests are from various public IPs where thsi VDC is not exposed to Internet at all. What would be t he cause of it?

We have a VSS environment with two Cisco 6509-Es. IOS image:s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-33.SXI5 when I switch on or reload the Core switches(VSS), I find a Minor Error in the "Show module switch all" command.I also did a "show diagnostic result switch 1 module 5"Switch 1 Module 5: Supervisor Engine 720 10GE (Active) SerialNo : SAL1521E035

There is a cisco ws-c6509,recently it appear error log “%FABRIC-SP-6-TIMEOUT_ERR: Fabric in slot 5 reported timeout error for channel 11 (Module 3, fabric connection 1)”. I have a Netgear WNR612 wireless router, which worked fine for a few weeks. Then something happened and I can't keep the connection anymore. It happened right after I used iTunes to update my iPhone, perhaps a coincidence, but I'm mentioning that just in case. Internet still works fine with ethernet cable straight from the computer, only the wireless connection doesn't work. This happened about a month ago and I haven't been at home much to fix the problem. I have turned off and unplugged everything for several days at a time while gone. I get a Network Error message saying, Windows has detected an IP address conflict. I have tried restoring the router back to factory settings and reinstalling the wireless card. I have tried changing the IP address settings both in the Network and Sharing Center and the router admin page. What I think I should do is change the IP address in Command Prompt, but when I type "ipconfig /release", it says "No operation can be performed on Wireless Network Connection 2 while it has its media disconnected" and the same for Local Area Connection. I don't understand what this means, because there is a wireless key in my keyboard and there is a white light (not orange) like there should be. Also in the Network and Sharing Center, I can see that the connections are enabled.

I have my hsp setup where switch A and switch B share active/standby roles among several vlans. In the last few weeks, i have seen trouble tickets where connectivity is lost and upon investigation i discover that i can ping physical interface IP addresses for both standby and active devices but not the standby IP. I have also validated configurations and layer 2 paths and they haven't been broken.
What I end up doing is failover to the standby device and back and the problem clears, reachability is restored. My question is whether I am solving this the right way. If so, what is it that would cause the standby IP to not be reachable and how does my solution fix that? N/B the switches are catalyst 6509's.

I have seen other discussions regarding Static MAC address entries on IPv4, but what of IPv6?We have MS NLB solutions and they are working fine. We have Cisco 6509/6504, Version 12.2(33)SXI5
But then we have a new one for a new ActiveDirectory solution, and on those networks we have implemented IPv6.
How is Static MAC address entries and MS NLB solved in IPv6 (i.e arp ip.ip.ip.ip mac.mac.mac ARPA gi1/1). I can't seem to find much examples or documentation on this? Is it replaced with another function?The reason I ask is twofold.
1. I really want to know
2. The NLB cluster seem to drop IPv6 traffic at even intervals, witch seems to correspond with NLB transition.

I an currently running Cisco (ACS 5.2.0.26.3) and attempting to get my Cisco 5508 WLC's (7.0.98.0) loaded into ACS for TACACS+ authentication for managment users.
However I keep getting the following error:
*emWeb: Sep 14 14:44:45.931: %EMWEB-1-LOGIN_FAILED: ews_auth.c:2104 Login failed for the user:test_tac. Service-Type is not present or it doesn't allow READ/WRITE permission.
Now I've attempted the step-by-step using the following URL but to no avail.( there are some slight differences in ACS 5.2)

I've run in to this on 3750G's in a various sized stacks. We apply port security for a mac address on a single port (not existing on more than one port - that's a different issue that appears in multiple posts already).In this case:
1) We do a 'sho mac address-table and see that the device with the mac address in question lives on one port, port 1/0/x.
2) We apply mac port security for this exact same mac address to the same port it is already attached to. switch(config)#int g2/0/2 switch(config-if)#switchport port-security mac-address 001a.1ec8.abcd
3) Get this error: 'Found duplicate mac-address 001a.1ec8.abcd'.We again confirm that that is the only port on the entire switch that has this mac-address.Try the command again, same error.
4) We do a bunch of show commands, get in and out of the switch, go back and then try it again, and now it works, same command, same port and same mac address.
-Aging is default 300
-These are Cisco wireless AP's attached to the switch
-This occurs on different switches with different ports using different mac addresses, always same symptoms.

I have the ME3400 deployed in an the following design. 8 100Meg ports connects to Cisco 2955s, and the 1Gig port uplinks to a Cisco 3560. My CDP neighbour table only shows an entries for the uplink Gig port. If I look at the CDP stats in the show cdp Interfaces Fastethernet 0/1,, I see CDP packets being sent every 60, but nothing returning.

On occasion I will have to clear the ARP cache on a 6500 when a customer swapeeds out a firewall or firewall NIC. The ARP cache will show the MAC of the previous device and will not update until either the ARP table refreshes dynamically (currenty at default time) or it is cleared manually.
Sometimes I need to clear it manually and sometimes is is refreshed dynamically when the new device comes up. Inconsistant issue....
Under what circimstances will an ARP entry NOT be refreshed when a firewall or firewall NIC is swapped out.

As a matter of fact i am new to this field .I have cisco 1700 series router which has ea0 and FE 0 port
E0 connected to LAN and FA0 for ISP ,both are configured wit publisc ip.and ststic route to ISP. (E0 connected to switch and fa0 connected to ISP MUX)
When i issued sho arp command i have received more than 30 entries of MAC and IP address . I am wondering how i received this much mac in arp table.

I currently have a couple of 6509 chassis (router/switches) with the following hardware blades:
x3 48 ports
x1 NAM
x2 Sup720
Running 12.2(18)SXF3
I am keeping the four Sup720 modules and have purchased new versions of the others blades including two new 6509-E chassis?Can I take my stand-by Sup720 out of the production machine and insert it into the new chassis?
