Recently we ha a Nexus 7010 with a module frozen that was OIR (Online Remote and Insert) but do not work until reload the Nexus 7k.The command "show tech-support" has the following:

We have a VSS environment with two Cisco 6509-Es. I've got a pair of N7010's in a vPC domain with some FEX's attach running NX-OS 6.0.2. I am experiencing port failures on my N7K-M132XP-12L module the port got shut down due to internal errors with Error Disabled status and I am not able to bring the port back up. I am getting the following errors when I try to reset it. I am hoping is not hardware related as my vPC peer-link is on this module and I only have a single N7K-M1 32 XP-12L in each N7010. Upon closer inspection of the Switch Sys log, I observed the following Sys log error messages: [Module 9 is experiencing the following error: Inline Power Module - PS Voltage bad. ]A sh Mod output indicates the PoE daughter card and Main Module are "ok" - see attached output. It appears issue is related to the the actual Power Supply module and not the blade module and installed PoE Daughter card. I am inclined to open a TAC case for a PS replacement, but wanted to see if this can be resolved without a hardware replacement. At this time all 48 IP phones attached to this module are out of Service.

We have several SG300 Series Switches (8, 20, 28 and 52-Port Versions) running. All Switches do reboot from time to time: Some after a week or so, others several times a day and then run again happily. In the log I see:

I have a 2811 Router that keeps cycling through reboots. About 30 seconds into a boot, it shows the ALIGN-1-FATAL error(s) shown below. It then does a dump and reboots. This cycle just continually occurs.

Recently I faced 1 issue in MLS 6509.MLS had all Gig modules in slots 6,7,8 taking System detected CRC error rate on port ASIC data bus exceed fatal threshold, ("System detected CRC error rate on port ASIC data bus exceed fatal threshold".) causing the module reset by the SUP. After this active SUP causing it to failover the standby. This process was continuing every few minutes resulting in the SUPs on MLS rolling.what could be the issue for Sup rolling reset?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a problem with dscp preservation on a WS-C3750X-48 catalyst; in my little diagram, his name will be SW2, so I have this:SW1 <-> SW2 <-> RT1. some phone connected to SW1 mark with dscp EF (46) the voice traffic.The "mls qos" was enabled on SW1 and SWt. The interlink switch ports has the "mls qos trust dscp" option, the phone port and the router port also.And the problem is I can see the dscp marking on the SW2 when I span the voice vlan on this switch but the dscp was removed ( DSCP set to 0) on the router port ( span on the router port for look )If I made also a packet capture on the router RT1, I see the DSCP was effectively reset to zero.If I disable the "mls qos" on SW2, of course all is fine and the dscp was preserved and forwarded to the router. But if I do show startup-config the old Fex interfaces still shows up. I did try write erase then saved the running-config and its still there.

i have a cisco router (3900 series) and a add on module (4 x 1 Gig port module). For some reason i cant seem to port channel them and cant do routing (can set an ip address on those ports). I can do port channel and routing on on-board ports. Do i have to enable any commands to do this ?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a brand new 3650x switch that I was configuring via console and left it on overnight; this was friday night ( I forgot to keep the air conditioner on). When I returned Sunday afternoon and checked the switch I realized that the SYS and STAT lights on the front were not on, however the Leds on the PS module were still on. I powered it down and turn it on again but still there are no lights on the front. The PS OK and AC OK leds on the PS module are on but I noticed the leds on the two fan modules are not green or even amber; they are off.When I first turned on the switch I remembered distinctly that there were loud noice and if all fans were in overdrive mode for a few seconds then the went to normal. I'm not gettgin this loud noise phenomenom.
