Can't Get The Server Network Card To Connect?

I have a client using a Dell Poweredge SC440 server. About a month ago the system crashedfter some detailed checking I found it had burned some caps. on the motherboard. I replaced the motherboard & had to reinstall SBS 2003. Since doing this I can't get the server network card to connect. The machine does have 2 NIC's one for the server & one for the internet, neither of which will connect. I believe I have the IP address of both cards incorrect. Could someone tell me what the correct IP addresses (all of them) should be for a new install of SBS 2003? I know the IP address of the router & the service provider (AT&T), but these don't work. I do have a printout of the server when it was originally setup but it only give the server IP which is 192.168.2.1 I have put this address in the IP of the card but don't know what goes in the default gateway nor the perfered DNS

First network card have the static IP address 82.x.x.30 from the ISP.The second network card have 2 IP addresses: 192.x.x.0 and 82.x.x.1 ( first IP is for LAN and second IP is for routing the additional IP class).In other words if i have the computer "Z" with configuration: IP: 82.x.x.100 Sub: 255.255.255.128 and GTW:82.x.x.1 i can access the internet but practically with with the IP from ISP wich is 82.x.x.30

I have a question regarding fabric storage and cisco catalyst switch 3650.My plan is connecta a esxi server to a nexus switch and then to a san storage. I want add a new switch to have a redundant link between esxi and the storage.Can I use a cisco catalyst 3650 with a fiber conecction to connect the HBA esxi server card to 3650 sw and the SAN storage to the 3650 sw ?

This past weekend I went out of town and took my Windows 7 laptop with me -- since I returned home, it has been unable to connect to my wireless network. Other devices in my home connect to the network just fine, and the problem laptop has always been fine until now. My network card is an Atheros AR9285, and I'm attempting to connect to a Medialink router with WPA password protection and AES encryption.My wireless network icon in the task bar has a yellow sign with an exclamation point in it. It says "No Internet access."

I recently install xp pro and update all necessary drivers for the computer.I also plug-in another network card, this nic is working but seem browsing the web is slower than the original network card comes with the motherboard. Before both network cards show up in (my network places). Now the network card comes with the motherboard doesn't show up, only the network card connection just installed.
I check the device manager both of the network adapters are there, check both of box that say place LAN on taskbar.This could be i have find and install revised intel chipset and lastest BIOS for the pc, now the hard drive activity LED doesn't lit and the ethernet controller has issue. Note when I plug in the cable to ethernet port (one built with pc) there's show both activity light and connection light, but can't connect to the internet.

My only issue at the moment and im not sure if im doing something wrong but the wireless card is Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 1000 and it says it can do Wireless N Connection but im not able to get it connected to the wireless N network. When i go in to view the options it gives for Wireless Mode it says B/G or just B or G. Now up top it does say 802.11N Mode and has the option for Enable and Disable and its Enabled. I have uninstalled the driver and intel software and reinstall everything a few times but no resolve. How i need to get the card to connect to the N Network?

Today, out of nowhere (no known system changes) I was unable to connect to a network server at my office. I always connect with a VPN first....and that went fine.Then - when I tried to map to a network drive, it wouldn't connect. I get error code 0x80070035.When I disable my AVG firewall, I'm able to connect perfectly.So, I'm guessing I have to create some type of rule for my firewall, but I have NO idea where to get the info with which to do so. I'm running Windows 7 (64B) and have AVG Internet Security 2011.

I think I am having problem with my network card I am running windows 7 with Dell wireless 1390 WLAN Mini-Card lots of times the signal is low and I get the error message no internet connectivity or some other error message that I am not being able to connect to the network provided by my wimax modem, Is there any program that I can download to test if there are any errors related to the network card or any way to fix this?

How do you access an application that is in the server? Like what extra steps you gotta make? Are they software related or do I have to do some configuration on the router or switch? Heres a little example:
Assume you have a group of computer connecter to a switch, this switch is connected to a router which has the connection to your ISP. On the router, you also have connected a server farm for your network and all the apps are stored there, say MS Word, Excel and such.Now, you have your network running, every ping comes out successful, so you know you did that part right, so the next part is to get the host use the MS Word or any other app in that server. How do you do that? Is there something that need to be configured on router/switch or is it with a software on your host? If its a software, whats the name of it and how you make it work?

We are having a network of 7 computers and a server (Ubuntu server). The problem is, two of them are not connecting to the network. When i check the network card of these two systems, it seems working (the green light is blinking). When i replace these systems with a laptop, it connecting to the network and there is not problem at all.

We have WLC-4402 and LWAP-1510, we have issue when users trying to connect to pppoe server with pppoe connection from wireless network. On LAN, pppoe connection work properly and everything is normal. Also I enable broadcast fowarding on GUI but he problem still exist.

I have a Dell R300 server and it does not have a separate DRAC card. When the system POSTs I see it shows something about DRAC and it even gets an IP address. But I can't do anything (ping, web, telnet, etc) with that IP address.So basically what is the point of the basic DRAC without buying the full DRAC card? Just a placeholder?

I just purchased a Zonet wireless PCI adapter and I cannot connect to the internet, for my wireless connection it says I have limited to no connection, with a little yellow triangle with an exclamation point, and for the local area plug it says a cable is unplugged. I have a small office with 5 computers. All are Windows 7 and networked via a domain and a central server. Internet is T1 - we have a modem, router, and switch in that order. One of my computers just stopped recognizing the network and has no internet. I have checked all the cables and know that the internet is running to the computer because I have a VOIP phone on the same line that works fine.The computer can recognize the Network card and says that it is functioning properly.All other computers are functioning properly and are all able to see the network and have internet.

i have installed a belkin d wireless card on to a P.C it shows full single and picks up other networks in area but it will not let me connect i have 2 wired P.C's running and a wireless laptop all running fine.i have reset router with no luck uninstalled card and reinstalled used software that came with card and downloaded most recent driver's alos i have installed software that came from ISP(SKY). I have been having difficulty connecting to the internet at my new place, I'm starting to think that the network card I recently bought (D-Link DWA-552 XtremeN Desktop Adapter) might have a problem, but I am not sure. I am currently using my landlord's internet, so I don't have access to the router to turn it on and off, which Windows suggests doing constantly, but I don't think that's the problem because I have internet on all my other wireless devices (Phone, PS3, Xbox).I am able to see the router most times and connect to it, but I am unable to connect to the internet, the networking image in the bottom corner has a yellow warning sign. Also, after a certain amount of time, the wireless card is unable to detect any wireless signal, the networking image in the bottom corner has a red X through it. I disabled all networking interfaces besides the wireless card because of an error message that I thought may have been caused by it: "This computer is continuously switching between two or more wireless access points or routers", but disabling the other interfaces did nothing and the message still appears after troubleshooting.
