i have an issue for collect data on adapter 1, that don´t collect data but see that adapter 2 if collect data on module 4.
monitor session 1 source vlan 102 rx
monitor session 1 destination analysis-module 4 data-port 1
monitor session 2 source vlan 106 rx
monitor session 2 destination analysis-module 4 data-port 2
I reconfigured newly monitor and continues with that issue. Always ok by data-port 2.

documentation on upgrading a WS-SVC-NAM-2-250S. I am looking to upgrade to 5-1-2 code if possible. I am only finding documentation for Prime version 3 NAM not version 2 that runs with 6500-SUP-720.

just found that on [URL], it stated that Cisco ASR 1000's management tool is Cisco Prime Network Analysis Module, which is same name as software that can be install in SRE of Cisco ISR G2 router for network analysis via web browser.
My question here is this mean Cisco ASR 1000 has built-in support for Cisco Prime Network Analysis Module, which has similar function as the one on Cisco ISR G2 router's SRE?

I installed WS-C4506-E 3 day ago. I discovered someting different module status Right at the end of the module ( WS-X4648-RJ45-E ) show red led. this is not port led i try to reset module several time. but it's same status. but this is operating now nomally I upload picture.. and this is module status and diagnostic result

I have been using the Cisco7613 and FlexWAN with PA-8E1-IMA PortAdapter.It has been used for ITP (SIGTRAN) Today, I attemted to enter the Port Adapter 13 1 module with using command that "attach" command.But I couldn't that. and I could see the Error Message below." RTTYC_ ATTACH_ REQ Failed with return code 2 , aborting". This Module (13 1) is working normal. but why cannot enter to the PA ?

Windows 7 32 bit laptop ----> Windows 7 64 bit PC with USB network adapter.
I'm trying to move a folder from one computer to the other. There are about 300 files totalling 3mb.
At around "234 files remaining", the transfer freezes, and after a minute or so, the network connection on the destination computer is shown as Disabled. If I right click and choose "Enable", it makes the attempt, says "connection failed", and then "It is not possible to connect at this time. No network was detected. You may need to plug in your network cable to complete the connection."
What will fix it is unplugging the USB network adapter and replugging. But it only allows a little bit more transfer before it happens again.
I tried initiating the transfer from one computer, and again from the destination (bringing the files to it), but the problem occurs just the same. On additional attempts it will reconnect to the other computer and allow me to browse the files, but the connection crashes again without any more progress. My internet connection is fine otherwise, doesn't do this unless I'm transferring data across the network. I disabled Eset real-time protection but have windows firewall up (I'd rather not turn it off).

I have a Cisco 6513 switches connected to HP VC Flex 10 Module. The (2) 10Gb ports on a Cisco Switch connected to VC Flex-10 in LACP mode.
I need to move those (2) 10Gb ports on Cisco Switch 10Gb Module to a different 10Gb module on a same Switch without bringing the ports down since it is a live environment.
What I would do is to configure a same port channel ID on a new 10Gb module and then move port one by one. unplug one port and connect to the new port on a module. While I will be unplugging the first port the other active port will keep sending traffic and as soon as I plug in on another port, both ports will be active.

My company has acquired a Catalyst 6513 with a FWSM module installed on it. I have been reading lot of documentation on [URL], but still have some problems configuring the FWSM:
The 6513 has 10 SVIs configured, each of them with an IP address. These 10 SVIs are binded to 10 VLANs which I need to secure. These SVIs are used for routing all the Inter-VLAN traffic inside the switch. The documentation says it is recommended to use just one SVIs for connecting the switch to the FWSM, although you can use more than one using the command "firewall multiple-vlan-interfaces". I don't want to use this command because it seems a pretty more difficult configuration, since you have to use policy routing after using this command (or that is, at least, what documentation says).
When I try to "send" to the FWSM more than one VLAN that are configured as SVIs on the switch I get this error message:
"No more than one svi is allowed, command rejected."
If I delete the IP address of those SVIs, then I can to "send" those SVIs to the switch with no problem at all. But I need the SVIs to have IP address configured, since they are needed for routing Inter-V LAN traffic.
So, the question is: how can I route all the inter-VLAN traffic using just one SVI on the switch? Should I use the FWSM for inter-VLAN traffic routing?

After a power problem at our data centre we find Module 11 of our Cisco 6513 Core Switch in PWR Down state.Show Module 11 returns: Status: PWRDownShow Power Status Module 11 returns: OperStatus Off (Module Reset due to an exception or user request).The command:

I have a supervisor blade, (VS-S720-10G-3C), in a 6513 that is faulty and needs replaced. Do I need to replace the IOS on the new supervisor blade to make sure it is the same as the IOS image that is on the Active supervisor module, or will it synchronize automatically?
In the synchronization process, the active supervisor engine checks the standby supervisor engine run-time image to make sure that it matches its own run-time image. The active supervisor engine checks three conditions:

•If it needs to copy its boot image to the standby supervisor engine
#
•If the standby supervisor engine bootstring needs to be changed
#
•If the standby supervisor engine needs to be reset
I was reading the above documentation that mentioned the active supervisor should copy the image if it detects a newly installed standby supervisor blade with a different image, is this correct or was it referring to synchronizing the configuration file?

I am using 10Gig link to connect distribution and access switches. Since we are terminating the cables at multiple locations, we are also doing the link budgeting. The CISCO SFP 10G-LR module data sheet shows two values for the transmit power one of which is maximum power .5dBm and another is minimum power -8.2 dBm. Which value should I choose for the link budgeting.

Is there any solution for automatic switching between wired and wireless network connection?
In my work we have two option for connection to network. Wired for working but with blocked pages like youtube and other streaming media. And wireless for visitors which haven't blocked any pages but I can't do my work on it. Can I by connected to both and some utility will doing switching between them? I want to use streaming and be connected to wired network which has blocked streaming.

we have a chassis 6513-E and a module WS-X6748-GE-TX, I'd like to know if could I put this module in any slot, since the documentation from Cisco says that any slot from a chassis 6500-E Series can support this module. And then in the documentation of WS-X6748-GE-TX says that this module is not compatible in the slots 1-8 of the 6513 chassis, only from 9th to 13th slots, in those slots from the 6513-E we already have 4x WS-X6748-GE-TX, and we'd like to know if could we put the module in the rest of the slots. The 6513, and 6513-E is kind of confusing.

We have 2 6513's that are linked via 2 10 gig interfaces, using an LACP channel.I received an alert this aft stating that the far 6513 was unreachable and the port channel int PO3 had gone down, the 2 10 gig interfaces had also gone down on either side. 5 mins later PO3 had resestablished itself and has been fine since. I have 6513 which have wism and sup 720 , for some reason the access points keeps on going up and down the port channels created automatically but i cannot see any configuration inside it as shown below .I tried to edit the interfaces and add the trunk configuration but it cannot be modified . [code] the Wism status is showing up but the APs Number regestered keeps on going up and down the version running on the sup 720 is 12.2(33)SXI5 and the wism is installed in slot 9.

I have created 5 new 2 Gig port channels on a 6513 WS-X6516A-GBIC blade connecting to 5 4510R+E switches. 3 of the 5 Port-channels show up/up. 2 show down/down. However, for the 2 showing down, a duplicate Po interface was created with an "A" appended to the name that shows up/up. E.g:
Port-channel26 unassigned YES unset down down
Port-channel26A unassigned YES unset up up
Each of the 4510s has a second 2Gig PO to another 6513 with an identical config and all of those come up fine.

Anyone know of a way to run packet analysis against a virtual server without having to install wireshark on said server?The Virtual server in question is very small, however the physical box has a number of virtual servers on it, some of them very big that push gobs of data.Is there any known way to just check traffic against said small server? Or will I have to just bite the bullet and filter the traffic from everything else out?

Is there a tool which can analyse the incoming and outgoing traffic on a computer hooked to the internet via a router.I would want to know the name of the program or application generating the outgoing traffic or receiving the incoming traffic and if possible the source of incoming traffic.I can read my Dir-628 router's log but all you really see are IP addresses.

We have just installed lms 4.2 and are having problems collecting config and inventory from ws-svc-wism2-k9. The response from TAC was that this is not supported. And it also says this in
