Have one switch and network.PC number one have win98 and network adapter and connected to the switch.PC number two have winXP and network adapter and connected to the switch same as win98.Network works on win98 and winxp they see each other.internet working on winxp but dont work on win98

I have one ADSL router that I have configured Port Forwarding on it, but the internet is very slow. I also have another 3G router and I want to use it for internet because it is much faster, but it cannot do Port Forwarding. How can I connect this two routers in one network such that ADSL router is for Port Forwarding only and 3G router is for internet only?

1. Green Packet DX-230 WiMAX modem with router
2. D-Link DIR-615 ver G2 (from my ISP)
3. D-Link 8 port desktop switch

I just plug it in and it'll connect automatically to the WiMAX signal. It has 2 LAN ports but no WAN port. From my understanding of networking, I have to turn off DHCP on my WiMAX modem, put it in the same IP range as my DIR-615 (192.168.0.100-199), and disable UPNP and NATPMP. After this I'm stuck.How do I tell my DIR-615 to use the WiMAX modem as it's WAN connection?Should I reserve an IP for the modem in my DIR-615?
I have a spare usb HDD and wish to connect to an existing network switch (rj45 connections) if it works on a gigabyte network all the better

Right now I have connected using bridge mode and I can see in my network configuration-> ppp and eth0. PPP has public IP and eth0 has private IP. All clients (max 3 at the same time) connect wireless.The problem is that the last few weeks my connections is very unstable, all clients lose the internet connection until you restart the router manually.I can't even connect to the webinterface (192.168.0.1), during the downtimes.

I have a TP Link Wifi card installed in my pc.. i need to access the server using an ip through the ethernet cable. And i access the internet via the wifi device installed and running in my pc. the problem now here is that i cannot access both of the simultaneously. If i connect back the ethernet cable the browser does not browse or the internet does not work.. and i can access my server software.. as i unplug the ethernet cable my wifi card installed starts working all good and i can use the internet.. i have tried a little of soultions but have not been successfull enough to use both the connections simultaneously..
