I have a Cisco wag120n adsl modem. I am setup with a SIP provider, so all my incoming and outgoing calls use SIP.So my question is, how does my ADSL modem handle incoming SIP calls,e.g the SIP call comes in and reaches my adsl modem. Then, how does the modem find the actual port that has my ATA adaptor (analog phone) or CME router attached ? I know port forwarding would handle this, but I am not actually using any configured port forwarding rules.
I'm using a SRP521W-U. I've set up a SIP account on Line 1. I would like to be able to answer incoming calls on both FXS1 and FXS2. How do I achieve that both ports will ring?
I have an SA520 that is being used as a front end firewall. Behind it I have an IP PBX. The VOIP provides are registered and I can make outgoing calls. However It appears that the SA520 is either blocking or not routing the calls. I have opened the ports recommended by both the IP PBX and the VOIP provider. What do I need to do to make incoming calls through the SA520?
we are currently using a modem router LINKSYS WAG120N Wireless-N ADSL Router but are not satisfied. lots of dead zones and I think that there are too many users for this AP. last count gave around 20 users. so I'm looking for a solution to be able to handle 20+ concurrent connections and with large coverage - 600 m² .
I have a RV120W that reboots itself when the WAN (ADSL modem) breaks away. With an old D-Link low end router, reconnecting after a failure is completed after 5 seconds and nobody cares, but the RV rebooting takes almost 2 minutes which is actually noticed...I also have some trouble getting VPN running, QuickVPN as well as normal IPsec, using either Shrewsoft or Greenbow as clients. get this router running with 3rd party VPN clients?

I bought "Belkin N150 Wireless Modem Router" and while installing noticed that the ADSL slot is too short that does not fit the LAN chord, instead fits the telephone chord. How do I fit the LAN chord fit in the ADSL slot? Any alternatives? My ISP comes with a LAN chord and is connected directly to my PC.

I've got Cisco X2000 and WAG120N. Is it possible to use one of those as a kind of a 'ADSL bridge' on to connected Sonic wall firewall ? How I picture it is that adsl connection is terminating on one of above Cisco boxes, which is connected via Ethernet or wan port to sonic wall, and it's only passing the adsl connection on to sonic wall which in result will end up with my ISP assigned IP address ?
I only have access to rather slow connections (256 Kbps). But since I have two lines and two modems, I was wondering if I could bond them together and make a faster one. My main modem is a Lynksys WAG120N Wireless-N ADSL2+ Modem Router, which as you can see is also in charge of both wired and wireless networks at my place. The second one is an older D-Link ADSL modem (JUST modem).Since I have an extra LAN port on my Lynksys modem, I want to know if and how I can connect the second modem, and combine the two rates.
Lately I encountered random Internet connection issues?My router is a Netgear Wireless ADSL Firewall Modem Router DG834 (Firmware V1.05.0) and my ISP, isn't the most reliable regarding bandwidth... All clients (max 3 at the same time) connect wireless.The problem is that the last few weeks my connections is very unstable, all clients lose the internet connection until you restart the router manually.I can't even connect to the webinterface (192.168.0.1), during the downtimes.

Recently, i bought a LinkSys WAG120N ANNEX-A to replace my old speedstrem4200. Well everything was fine, but after 2 days of it installed, it started to drop my ADSL connection.
Sometimes, it remain connected for 4-5 hours, then drop, or sometimes, it drop every 30min-1hour.I tried upgrading the firmware to 1.00.16, but no luck, it still drop the connection.I have 3 computer plugged to the router via cable(wired) plus 1 netbook(wireless) and 1 ipod (wireless).Sometimes, when 1 computer is turned off, it seem to make the ADSL connection drop when the LAN light turn off. I recently purchase WAG120N on a recommendation from a cisco personal, after my long year work horse Linksys AG 241 went kaput.Since I have purchased it WAG120N it is never stabilized on the MTNL ADSL network. I have a DSL connection and obviously it coming through the phone line. Is there any kind of software that I can use to make landline calls through my computer? The DSL modem is ZXDSL. I know I can use Skype, vBuzzer and Google Talk etc etc. But I want to make calls through my landline using my computer or laptop.
This is only a small portion of our network but my question is, can these 1841 routers handle a 45Meg connection? I thought these routers were designed for T1/E1 type speeds. I know I saw a router performance document somewhere that showed 1841's could handle 38.4MB of traffic and that is only with routing turned on. If anything else is enabled, like access lists, NetFlow or whatever, that number will decrease because of the capacity of the router. Am I correct in these statements? Any document or anything else that shows performance of these routers?
I want to pass my client VPN request to MS Win Server 2003 - on FW I forwarded port for PPTP service to my server address, but on client side I get an error 619. On Cisco RV120W I have Site-to-Site VPN tunnel which works fine, PPTP server on Cisco is disabled. What should I do to pass VPN request to my LAN server to handle it?

I can't seem to setup my WAG120N modem.I kept on getting the error "your ethernet cable does not appear to be connected properly" even though I have connected all the cables correctly. We have an RVS4000 router at two ends of a VPN tunnel. The VPN tunnel is working fine, however a phone at the remote site drops calls, even though they sound clear and unblemished. I have set highest priority on the port the phone is hooked up to at the remote site, and have set a priority for upload traffic on both routers, but the phone stills drops calls after 2 to 3 minutes.
I recently purchased the Linksys Wireless N Home WAG120N and I've hooked it up correctly but I can't seem to establish a connection with the DSL light. I've tried hooking it up to different ends in my house with no improved results, however, my older modem works fine.
Now unable to connect laptop wirelessly. The laptop can see the connection, but when I click it to connect it just doesn't. Have tried rebooting both laptop, desktop and modem, left it overnight, can't connect smartphone to it either. All were working perfectly until I had to reinstall.
having trouble to configure the Cisco SRP527w where we have two incoming VLAN's.
1. vlan1 is for internet (20mbps)
2. vlan2 is for a specific application (Specific IP Address - 10mbps)
Somehow we are unable to configure the router to enable PC's connected to the router to access both vlan based to the application specific vlan. Its always routing it through the internet.
