I tried to log on to my wireless routers IP address but it only gives me a blank page after signing in. the IP address is 192.168.1.1. Is there a problem with this ip address?

For some reason, I'm now getting a blank page after entering my credentials. The URL is like [URL] I already rebooted the system, but that made no difference. All Cisco Works services seem to be started, as is Apache/2.2.17.

I cannot let TACS into the server and I cannot post unsanitized logs for security reasons.I installed LMS 4.0 with the Win2K8 patch on Win2K8R2 64 bit server. No problems during a 2nd install (first one was completely removed per TACS). Checked all Windows event logs and windows firewall log. AV disabled. No other roles installed accept IIS (disabled) and DHCP (active). Ports are default HTTP: 1741 and SSL: 443.load site from server (IE 8) or workstation (IE 7) cookies enabled, and login with "admin" and the proper password and each browser quickly loads a blank page with this URL:

Apache error.log shows several interesting entries (*note IP and serer names are obfuscated for security)...these show up yesterday soon after install at the top of the log:

My router & adaptor are showing green but the Internet is showing red. Its becuz my high speed Internat service is ATT.my.yahoo.com. which comes through IE. On my newer computer all is fine. View 17 Replies View RelatedFor the past weeks, I've been experiencing NOT to able to 'access' Home Page on daily basis. It occurs exactly 'once a day,' often early morning but sometime even in the middle of night. For this to resolve, I need to unplug a black cable connecting to Router and plug back in to 're-start' Internet connection. This pattern happens after having replaced a brand new modem and router, saying a Modem has an issue diagosed through the phone of my ISP.
With an older modem, however this, .... 'disconnection once a day' never occured. The tech guy told me 'signal' is OK, but there are 'too many computers' in my household. However, my ISP, Comcast allows us to use 5 different PCs, then the tech. guy's diagnose did not correspond to this at all.
As to 'multiple PCs,' we, the family never use more than 3 PCs/Internet at a time. Most of time, we use only two PCs for surfing and e-mailing/photoes. Two other PCs are a sort of 'back-up' puposes ONLY.

I tried connecting the router LAN port to the computer and 192.168.10.1 pulls up nothing.I tried connecting the modem to the WAN port and the LAN port of the router to the PC, but then I have no internet access at all. I ran ipconfig to get the adapter IP (screenshot attached/192.168.2.104). When I type the IP into the browser I get the "cannot display webpage" msg. I have tried turning off the power to the router, disabling Norton's firewall (I disabled Norton completely), and nothing works. Do not tell me to restore factory defaults on the adapter because I tried to get to the configuration page of another wireless adapter I have and am having the same problem.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm running a new RV042 with the latest firmware (4.1.1.01). I set it up about 2 weeks ago and have been running it without an issue. Today I tried to go in to the web utility to make some changes. I was prompted for the userid/password, which it appeared to accept (if I typed in the wrong ones it rejected it), and then the screen went blank (normally I would get the status screen now.) Instead the screen I get is the light blue of the log-in screen, but there is nothing on it. The router has switched to the page https://192.168.1.1/home.htm I have tried different browsers and accessing it from different computers - the situation is always the same. I have power cycled the router, and there is no change. I suspect the next step is a manual reset to factory defaults - but of course I would rather not (as I didn't save all my settings of course!)

I have an installed RV110W at a client site that has to be rebooted about once a week since it stops allowing inbound access to mapped ports. For example, it stops forwarding connections on Port 25 to the client's e-mail server. I thought for a while there was a software issue with the e-mail server but after days of eliminating all other likely issues I rebooted the router and everything was fine. Now the problem recurs about once a week and rebooting the router always fixes it (this is week 3). Forwarding to ports 80, 443, and several others also stop working.
